Building Coupling Coordination Mechanism for Library Information Resource Sharing Based on Interface Management Theory

为完善图书馆信息资源共享的系统性构建,分析了图书馆信息资源共享相关主体要素间的复杂层级关系,基于界面管理理论,对资源共享耦合协调机制要素进行了建构。在明确图书馆信息资源共享耦合协调机制概念的基础上,从动力机制、自主管理与服务机制、传递与交流机制、市场运行与处置机制、监督与评估机制、政策保障机制、优化协调机制七个方面提出了图书馆信息资源共享耦合协调机制的构建思路,同时对各机制的功能、主要内容等进行了设计和思考。

In order to improve the system construction of library information resources sharing, this article analyzes the complex level relationship between the main elements of library information resources sharing and analyzes the elements of the resource sharing and coordination mechanism based on the theory of interface management. Based on the concept of information resources sharing and coordination mechanism, the mechanism of library information resources sharing coupling coordination mechanism is proposed from 7 aspects： dynamic mechanism, autonomous management and service mechanism, communication mechanism, market operation and disposal mechanism, supervision and evaluation mechanism, policy guarantee mechanism, optimizing coordination mechanism. Meanwhile, the function and the main contents of each mechanism are designed and thought.
