目前,我国警察职业保障不足、执法权威缺失。应借鉴美国、英国、法国、日本四国的警察执法保障制度、薪酬待遇制度和教育培训制度,加强立法,完善警察职业保障体系,优先保障警察经费,成立警察权益保护机构并建立合理公平的晋升机制,多渠道保障警察身心健康,维护警察的合法权益。

Currently, our country police occupation guarantee and the law authority are imperfect. We should learn lessons from the United States, England, France and Japan in terms of guarantee system, salary treatment system and education and training system. We should strengthen and perfect the lawmaking of police occupation guarantee system, have the initiative to guarantee police＇s budget, and establish a police rights protection organization, establish a reasonable promoting mechanism, and build many outlets for police＇s physical and mental health and support the police＇s legal rights.
