薛雪医案中对痰饮的诊治,在病机方面主要有两点:其一为阳虚不运、痰饮内停,其二为郁热炼液、液聚为痰。根据其病机确定治法,寒痰水饮重在温阳化饮,热郁痰凝重在清热化痰解郁。通过研究发现薛雪辨治痰饮有两点重要的特色:其一是倡温通阳气,其二是重三因制宜,反映了其诊治痰饮的学术思想。
