摘要
从中医学、针灸学以及道教丹道学的角度对"丹田"的含义和历史上对"丹田穴"的认识以及整个"丹田系统"对人体"精、气、神"的影响,力求更加全面地认识"丹田"。从而得出结论,"丹田系统"是人体达到"精、气、神"三而合一健康长寿境界的关键。
To have a comprehensive understanding of“dantian”according to the view of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion and Dan Taoism theory in Taoism about the meaning of “dantian” and the knowing of“dantian point”in our history,influence of“dantian system”to people′s“Jing-Qi-Shen”.“Dantian system”is the key to keep people healthy and longevity,which people can reach the state of integrative system for Jing,Qi and Shen.
