摘要
内涵式发展是有层次性的,在高等职业教育发展的不同时期,高职院校内涵式发展的内涵和意义不尽相同。进入应用本科时代,高职院校的内涵式发展要明确自身定位,从发展理念、人才培养、师资建设以及管理机制等方面入手,着力提高自身的核心竞争力。
Connotative development has different levels. In different period of higher vocational education, the connotation and significance of higher vocational colleges are different. In the era of application undergraduate, higher vocational colleges should make clear of its position and develop from the following aspects as development idea, talent training, teacher construction and management mechanism. Only in this way can higher vocational colleges enhance their core competitiveness.
