摘要
为了研究含扰流片的驻涡燃烧室燃烧及内部流动性能,对不同扰流片的个数和进口速度的燃烧室的燃烧情况进行数值模拟,分析燃烧室燃烧时的流场分布、温度分布、总压损失以及燃烧效率。结果表明:扰流片能够增强燃气的掺混和热交换,可以极大的提高燃烧室的燃烧效率(最高可达99.99%),改善出口温度分布;随着扰流片个数和入口速度的增加,总压损失和燃烧效率都逐渐增大;当扰流片为四个时,燃烧室流场稳定,燃烧效率高且温度分布均匀。
In order to investigate the combustion and flow characteristics of trapped vortex combustor( TVC) with inclined struts,the effects of different structural parameters on flow fields,temperature distribution,the total pressure loss,combustion efficiency and combustion efficiency were numerically studied. The results show that the inclined struts can enhance the mixing of gas and heat exchange,meanwhile it can greatly increase the combustion efficiency,and the best combustion efficiency is 99.99%,and improve the exit temperature distribution. With the number of inclined struts and velocity of inlet increase,total pressure losses and combustion efficiency are gradually increased; Stable combustor with high combustion efficiency and combustor temperature distribution becomes more uniform when the number of inclined struts is 4.
