摘要
叶绿素仪因其方便、快捷、非破坏性的优点而被越来越多的运用在作物氮营养诊断上。通过分析叶绿素CCI值与氮营养指数NNI之间的相关性,可以把两者的优点结合起来,达到准确方便检验作物氮营养状况的目的。本研究以河套灌区典型作物玉米为研究对象,设置5个氮肥处理(0、135、180、225、280kg/hm^2),通过田间试验,研究了河套灌区玉米叶绿素CCI值和NNI在氮营养诊断上的可行性。结果表明,叶绿素仪的测定值与施氮量、产量和氮营养指数之间均有较好的相关性。本研究叶绿素测定值推荐玉米的适宜施氮量为225kg/hm^2。
Chlorophyll meters have been paid more and more attention in nitrogen diagnosis due to its convenience, speedily and non- destructiveness. Through analysis of the relationship between chlorophyll CCI value and nitrogen nutrition index, we can combine their advantages and achieve the purpose of examining crop nitrogen nutritionconveniently. This study with maize which grow in Hetao irrigation area as the research object, setting up five N-fertilizer treatment (0, 135, 180, 225, 280 kg/hm2), and researched feasibility on nitrogen nutrition diagnosis of corn chlorophyll values of CCI and NNI in Hetao irrigation area through the field experi- ments. The results show that the determination of chlorophyll meter values and n application rate, yield and nitrogen nutrition index has good correlation. The chlorophyll measurements suggest that appropriate N application rate is 225 kg/hm2 in Hetao irrigation area.
