摘要 叶片是植物进行光合和蒸腾作用的主要器官,叶片面积大小直接影响植物对光的利用效率。快速准确地测量叶面积能够有效提高植物光合和蒸腾作用研究的效率。测量叶面积的方法有很多种,其中以叶面积仪法最为广泛使用。但是国内现有叶面积仪开发的种类较少,误差比较大,且重复性较差。因此,提出一种基于漫水填充算法的手持式叶面积仪,并通过与传统方法测定不同形状叶面积进行比较。结果表明:该叶面积仪测量误差仅为0.55%,且多次测量变异性较小,最低变异系数仅为0.7%,平均变异系数为1.2%,测量效率高,适合推广使用。 Leaf is the main organ of photosynthesis and transpiration, and the leaf area of the plant directly influences the utilization efficiency of the plant to the light. Rapid and accurate measurement of leaf area can effectively improve the efficiency of plant photo- synthesis and transpiration. There are many methods to measure the leaf area, among which the most widely used method of leaf area is the most widely used method. However, there are fewer types of development of the existing leaf area instrument, the error is rel- atively large, and the repeatability is poor. Therefore, This paper proposes a new method based on floodfill algorithm. And by com- paring with the traditional method of measuring the leaf area of different shapes. The results show that the measurement error is only 0. 55%, and the variability is small, the minimum variance coefficient is 0. 7%, the average coefficient of variation is 1.2%, the measurement efficiency is high, and it is suitable for popularization and application.
