热休克蛋白70-2在精子发生及精卵识别中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 热休克蛋白(heat shock protein,HSP)是所有生物细胞在理化和生物等应激原刺激后,发生热休克反应时所产生的一类伴随细胞内功能性蛋白的伴侣蛋白分子。热休克蛋白根据分子量大小,主要分为4个家族:HSP90家族(83-90kD)、HSP70家族(66-78kD)、HSP60家族及小分子HSP家族(15-30kD)。
