摘要
非洲贝宁某公路项目沥青砂硬路肩设计仅宽1.5m,窄于常规摊铺机最小摊铺宽度,而采用当地传统人工摊铺工艺施工速度慢,质量难控制。针对此问题,中方施工技术组基于工期和成本考虑,创新施工工艺,对常规摊铺机进行改装,将沥青砂硬路肩从人工摊铺改为机械摊铺,解决了进度和质量不可控的问题。
The design width of a bituminous sand hard shoulder of a highway project in Benin of Africa is only 1.5m, which is smaller than the minimum spreading width of ordinary spreading machine. Local traditional manual spreading is slow and is difficult for quality control. Considering the construction period and construction cost, the Chinese construction technique thinktank innovated the construction process and realized certain modification of ordinary spreading machine, to successfully change the manual spreading of bituminous sand hard shoulder into mechanical spreading and to effectively solve the problems in uncontrollable construction schedule and construction quality.
