摘要
工程建筑面积30 440 m^2,采用型钢混凝土框架结构,屋顶采用大跨度仿古盝顶式钢网架,通过采取钢屋架制作及网架分区、合理安排吊装工程、临时支撑设置及卸荷,并列举质量安全措施,节约了工期、提高了效率,满足工程要求。
The project is a profile steel reinforced concrete frame structure, covering a building area of 30440m^2, and the roof is made of wide-span archaized four-rib square grid structure. This paper introduced the fabrication and division of steel grid, lifting process, setting and unloading of temporary support. Relevant quality control and safety measures were proposed. Based on analysis and application of installation techniques, it was proved that the installation technique could save construction schedule, improve construction efficiency and safety the engineering requirements.
