摘要
项目质量管理是围绕项目质量所进行的指挥、协调和控制等活动,进行项目质量管理的目的是确保项目按规定要求圆满地完成。随着我国市场经济体制的不断完善和社会的发展与进步,工程建设已成为国家基建的一个重要组成部分。机电安装工程任务大,质量要求高,工期紧。为避免出现只重视数量而忽视质量的现象,迫切要求我们必须重视和加强机电安装工程中的质量管理,提高机电安装工程的施工质量。
