地方文脉在空心化村庄旅游开发中的应用——以河南省禹州市花石乡为例

The Application of Cultural Context into Tourism Development of Hollowed Village

目前,我国的自然资源、文化资源、旅游资源约有70%集中在农村,休闲农业和乡村旅游正成为拓展农业功能和拉动内需的新引擎。因此在空心村整治规划过程中引进旅游开发,可以使乡村旅游在给当地村民带来直接经济收益的同时,通过旅游发展推动乡村建设和营造休闲生活氛围,培育新型农村魅力,使之能成为吸引外来投资、壮大三次产业的有效手段,实现以旅游业为龙头的第三产业与农业、工业的协同效应,把发展乡村旅游作为社会主义新农村建设的生力军和重要支撑力量。

Solving the issue of hollowed village has been a challenging focus for the new countryside development in China. In the con- text that both leisure agriculture and rural tourism are expanding agricultural functions and accelerating new engine for domestic de- mand, introducing tourism development underpinned by cultural context heritage into the plans to address hollowed village can not only benefit local farmers directly, but also strengthen attractiveness in those villages. This paper uses new village community construction at Huashi Town, Yuzhou City, Henan Province as an example to explore the vehicle and protection of local cultural context in the renova- ting of hollowed village.
