五年制“韩语+X”复合型人才培养模式研究

Research on Five-Year “Korean + X” Inter-disciplinary Talent Cultivation Model

以毕业生就业调查结果为依据,分析韩语专业人才培养现状及存在问题,提出五年制"韩语+X"复合型人才培养模式。应从优化课程设置、构建实践教学体系、强化复合型师资队伍建设等方面着手,以培养符合区域经济发展需要的高素质复合型韩语人才。

Based on graduate employment survey results, analysing the talent training status and problems of Korean professional, we put forward Five - Year ＂Korean ＋ X＂ inter - disciplinary talent cultivation model. And we try to cultivate high quality Inter - discipli- nary Korean professional talents conforming to the need of regional economic development from optimizing the curriculum, building the practice teaching system and constructing the Inter- disciplinary teachers and so on.
