PDCA循环在大面积烧伤患者悬浮床使用中的应用

The effect of using PDCA cycle in patients with large area burn

目的:探讨PDCA循环在大面积烧伤患者悬浮床使用中的实施效果。方法:将2014年5月至2015年9月我科收治的大面积烧伤患者休克期后使用悬浮床的58例患者设为观察组,回顾2013年5月至2014年5月我科收治的应用悬浮床治疗的50例大面积烧伤患者作为对照组。观察组在常规护理和监护的基础上应用PDCA循环护理质量管理方法,比较同一周期悬浮床的使用率,两组患者的治疗费用和住院时间。结果:观察组悬浮床的使用率提高了13%,患者的平均治疗费用降低了一万余元,平均住院时间缩短了约8 d(P<0.05)。结论:应用PDCA循环方法对大面积烧伤患者悬浮床使用进行护理干预,可有效提高大面积烧伤患者悬浮床的使用率,降低患者的治疗费用,缩短患者的住院时间。

Objective： To observe the effect of PDCA cycle in patients with large area burn. Methods： Fiftyeight patients with large area burn admitted to our department from May 2014 to September 2015 were given PDCA cycle in addition to the routine treatments given to the control group. 50 patients with large area burn admitted from May 2013 to May 2014, and were designated as observation group. The usage rate of the suspended bed, expense, and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results： The usage of suspended bed after the PDCA cycle increased to 13%, The average treatment cost of the patients decreased more than ten thousand yuan, and the average length of hospital stay significantly shortened about 8 days（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Application of PDCA cycle in patients with large area burn can increase the usage rate of the suspended bed, reduce the expense, and short the patient＇s hospitalization.
