基于地铁与土地利用影响关系的广州地铁站点特征聚类 被引量:7

摘要 探讨地铁与土地利用的影响关系,把握2者的关联发展规律与互动机制具有重要的意义.论文构建了反映地铁与土地利用互动影响关系的指标变量,利用基于欧氏距离与组间连锁规则的系统聚类法对广州市地铁站点进行分类.将广州市地铁站点分为6大类,包括满足需求型Ⅰ类、满足需求型Ⅱ类、引导发展型Ⅰ类、引导发展型Ⅱ类、引导发展型Ⅲ类和其它类型.研究结果表明:地铁与土地利用影响关系没有明显的时间规律,但呈现出显著的空间分异特征,越秀区、天河区、荔湾区主要以满足需求型站点为主,而番禺区和南沙区以引导发展型站点为主.研究结果对于地铁线网以及土地利用的协同规划具有重要的参考意义. It is of great significance to explore the relationship between the rail transit and land use and to grasp their individual and interactive mechanism. This paper presents two indices for quantitative measurement to study the interaction between the subway and land use, which contribute to classification of subway stations of Guangzhou. The stations can be classified to six types, including class I of the meet-the-demand stations, class II of the meet-the-demand stations, class I of the guide-the-development stations, class II of the guide-the-de- velopment stations, class III of the guide-the-development stations and other type. The analysis results show that there is no obvious time law guiding the relationship between the subway and land use, though significant differ- ence exists in the spatial distribution. In addition, the meet-the-demand subway stations are mainly distributed in the downtown, while the guide-the-development stations are mainly distributed in the suburbs. The results of this paper can provide important reference for the collaborative subway planning and land use.
