摘要
ORCID是国际科学界为解决姓名歧义而创立的科研人员与贡献者唯一识别码。ORCID注册平台同时也是收集科研人员信息的开放性平台。专家信息是科技期刊构建同行评议专家数据库的基础。目前科技期刊同行评议专家数据的收集存在主观随意性。通过ORCID平台,科技期刊可以高效、全面的收集专家信息,为专家数据库的构建提供信息保障,将实现科技期刊同行评议专家库构建的规范化和数字化。
ORCID is a unique identification code to resolve the name ambiguity for researchers and contributors by international scientific community. ORCID registry platform is also an open platform for researchers to collect researchers’ information. Expert information is the basis for sci-tech journals to create peer reviewer database. For now,the collection of peer reviewer data for sci-tech journals is subjective and arbitrary. By ORCID platform,scitech journals can collect expert information efficiently and comprehensive,and provide information guarantee the construction and management of a database of experts,which will achieve standardization and digitization of creation and management of peer reviewer database for sci-tech journals.
