摘要
根据高等学校R&D活动的特点,提出高等学校科技创新能力评估指标体系。利用层次分析法计算指标权重,构建高等学校科技创新能力评价模型,提出了高等学校科技创新能力评估方法。课题利用提出的评价方法和近年来高等学校科技统计年报数据,对高等学校科技创新能力进行评价实验。实验结果与社会公信度较大的武书连中国大学排名进行了对比,证明了方法的有效性。
In this paper,according to the characteristics of the R&D activity in Universities,we established the evaluation index system of scientific innovative capabilities of universities. By using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight and constructing the evaluation model of scientific and technological innovation ability in universities,this paper puts forward a method for evaluating the ability of scientific and technological innovation in universities. we used the evaluation method and the annual report data of higher school science and Technology Statistics to evaluate the scientific innovation ability of universities. In the experiment,we compared the result with the Wu Book that proved it is effective.
