摘要
高校是科技创新的重要源头,拥有大量的专利,然而专利转化率却不高。基于我国高校专利转化现状及存在的问题,分别从高校和政府两个层面分析了制约我国高校专利转化的关键因素并提出促进我国高校专利转化的对策,旨在为加速我国高校专利转化提供参考。
University is the important source of scientific and technological innovation,and has a large number of patents,but the patent transformation rate is not high. Based on the patent transformation status and existing problems of universities in China,this paper makes analysis on the key restraining factors in the transformation of university patents and puts forward the countermeasures which promote the transformation of university patents respectively from two aspects of university and government. This paper aims at providing references for accelerating patent transformation of universities in China.
