摘要
采用加温分离新工艺,对柿竹园采用"M-COMPLEX"为高效捕收剂进行黑白钨混合浮选,获得的品位大于40%的黑白钨混合精矿,进行了白钨矿与黑钨矿的高效分离。在确定GYR、水玻璃、硫化钠、烧碱等最佳用量分别为3 kg/t、90 kg/t、8 kg/t、2 kg/t的基础上,通过闭路试验获得白钨精矿WO_3品位65.99%、黑钨精矿WO_3品位30.71%的工业生产指标,实现了对钨精矿的无损害高效分离。同时,对水玻璃、硫化钠、脂肪酸等作用机理进行了分析。
The flotation experiments were performed on wolframite-scheelite mixed concentrate by applying headed separation process, in which "M-COMPLEX" was used as an efficient collector. The close circuit tests showed the optimal dosages for GYR, water glass, Na2S and NaOH were respectively 3 kg/t, 90 kg/t, 8 kg/t and 2 kg/t. Favorable industrial production indexes (scheelite concentrate WO3 grade of 65 % and the wolframite concentrate WO3 grade of 30.71%) were obtained. The reaction mechanisms of sodium silicate, sodium sulfide and fatty acidagent were analyzed.
