摘要
对大鼠采用不同海拔及组合模式的低氧暴露和运动方法,通过红细胞等指标探讨不同海拔高度下的低氧适应和机体氧传递能力。方法:9周龄wistar雄性大鼠80只(体重269.38±6.24g),分为非运动组和运动组两大组。每组分为0m、2200m、2200+3500m、3500m共4组,每小组10只。其中运动组大鼠每天在时速设定为20-22m/mim、坡度0°的跑台上训练90分钟,每周5天共6周。结果:3500m及以下的4种不同海拔高度下无论是低氧暴露还是运动,红系细胞RBC、Hb、Hct均表现随海拔的升高而升高,而运动组的升高幅度更为显著,同时2200+3500m组合式模式无论是运动组还是非运动组均出现了最高峰值。结论:在不同海拔环境下低氧是影响血细胞升高的重要因素,但低氧环境下复合运动负荷更能促进血细胞RBC、Hb、Hct生成,且2200+3500m组合式模式更能有效的促进红系细胞生成量,从而更有利于提高机体氧传递能力和有氧能力。
Purpose: in This study, we discuss the hypoxia adaptation and oxygen transfer capability through indi- cators such as red blood cells under different altitude by the method of letting rats in different altitude and taking the mix of hypoxia exposure and exercise. Methods : 80 9 - week - old wistar male rats ( Weight 269. 38+ 6. 24g ) , two major groups are divided into groups of non - sport and exercise. Each group is divided into 0 meters, 2200 me- ters ( Oxygen Concentration 16.02 ), 2200 + 3500 m ( 16. 02% + 13.59% of oxygen concentration ), 3500m ( Oxygen Concentration 13.59% ) A total of 4 groups, each group for 10 rats. Rats in campaign group train on the running machine which set per hour for 20 - 22m/rain, slope of 0 degrees for 90 minutes every day, 6 weeks, 5 days a week. Result : the RBC, HB and HCT in erythroid cells rise with the rise of sea level in both hypoxic expo- sure and exercise on 4 different altitude of 3500 metres and below, and the rate of increase of the campaign group are more significantly, and 2200 + 3500m combined mode at the same time showed a peak value both the Sports Group and the non - exercise group. Conclusion: low oxygen is important factor that affecting blood cell increase at different altitudes, but low oxygen compound exercise could promote generation of blood cells of RBC, HB, HCT, and the 2200 + 3500m combined mode are more effective to producing the blood cells, thus more conducive to im- prove oxygen delivery capacity and aerobic capacity.
