摘要
主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等,在教育实习前后对东北师范大学体育师范生职业认同感的变化规律进行实证研究。研究认为:教育实习后体育师范生职业认同感变化有非常显著的差异,职业意愿与期望、职业意志、职业价值、职业效能维度的均值都比实习前高;不同性别、不同家庭来源、不同实习学校的体育师范生职业认同感存在显著差异。
This paper mainly using the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview meth- od, etc. before and after the education practice of northeast normal university sports teachers professional identity of empirical research. Research suggests : physical education teachers professional identity change after the education internship has a very significant difference, career aspiration and expectation, career will, professional value, professional efficiency dimension average is higher than before; Different gender, family origin, practice school physical education teachers professional identity exists significant differences.
