普兴选煤厂生产工艺改造实践

Reforming Practices for Production Technologies of Puxing Coal Preparation Plant

对普兴选煤厂生产工艺系统存在的问题进行了分析,普兴选煤厂原生产工艺系统存在入洗原煤量小、介耗高、中煤损失大、循环水浓度高等问题。针对上述问题在工艺、设备、管理上采取了相应措施,使选煤厂各项工艺指标得到显著改善,提高了选煤厂的经济效益。

In the paper, it is analyzed such existing problems for production technologies of Puxing Coal Preparation Plant as small amount of raw coal for cleaning, high medium consumption, great loss of middling coal and high concentration of circulating water. Finally, the corresponding measures on technologies, equipment and management have been taken so that all process indexes and the economic benefit of Coal Preparation Plant are improved.
