步进梁加热炉耐热垫块的改造

摘要 分析了造成加热炉停炉的主要原因,步进梁加热炉在运行中均热段头部耐热垫块经常刮撞掉,使得钢坯无法运上辊道,不能送入轧机进行轧制,被迫停炉,并且钢坯加热黑印较重。通过把耐热垫块交错焊接,进行整体满焊接,正常运行3年多未出现过掉垫块的事故。减少钢坯"黑印",提高了钢坯加热质量。 In the paper,the main causes for blowing out of reheating furnace are analyzed. In the operations of walking beam reheating furnace, the heat - resistant cushion block on head of soaking zone is often blown and knocked off so that the billets could not be put on roller bed and put into rolling mill to be rolled. As a result, the reheating furnace is forced to be blown out and the black print on billets is darker after reheating. The accidents have been avoided in normal operations since over 3 years ago through zig - zag welding the whole heat - resistant cushion block and the black print on billets is re- duced so that the quality of reheating billet is improved.
