Practices on Improving Yield of Industrial Naphthalene Products

萘是重要的化工原料之一,其用途广泛,在保证产品质量的前提下,提高产品产率是十分必要的。文章从生产实际出发,从原料组成、工艺操作、设备等方面分析了影响工业萘产率的主要因素,并根据生产实际提出了多项提高工业萘产率的举措,在生产过程中效果良好。

The naphthalene is one of important chemical materials and its uses are extensive, so it is necessary to im- prove yield on the premise of guaranteeing product quality. In the paper, it is analyzed the main factors affecting yield of in- dustrial naphthalene from such aspects as the composition of raw materials, technological operations and equipment as well as proposed various measures for improving yield of industrial naphthalene based on actual productions ,which are with good effects in productions.
