摘要
文章针对11 000 k W大型高压水泵电机在现场出现的问题进行分析,通过电磁计算、故障现象判断、比较同类产品,从根本上找出了故障发生的原因。结合现场的实际使用情况,从电磁线的绝缘结构、线圈的绝缘规范、工艺施工方面进行改进,提高电机的修理质量。
In the paper, the causes of the faults for 11 000 kW large high - vohage water pump motor are found out with electromagnetic calculation and judgment of faults through analyzing the problems at field and comparing with like products. Then the insulation structure of electromagnetic wire, insolation specifications of coil and process construction are improved based on the actual use at field so that repair quality of motor is improved.
