摘要
文章主要介绍了电池包应用背景及电池包设计和试验过程。根据电池包发热快和使用过程中存在经常振动的问题,对电池包支架结构和散热系统进行合理设计,提高了电池包的散热速度,并且增加了电池包的结构强度。经过散热性能、振动试验和跌落试验的测试,电池包支架结构设计合理,散热效果及结构强度符合要求,试验结果完全满足新能源汽车的使用要求。
In the paper, the application background, process of designing and testing battery pack are mainly intro- duced. Since battery pack generates heat fast and there is often vibrations in use, its bracket structure and heat removal sys- tem are designed reasonably so that its heat dissipation rate and structural strength are improved. The tests of heat disper- sion, vibrations and dropping prove that the cooling effect and structural strength could meet requirements and the test re- suits could fully meet operating requirements of new energy vehicles.
