包钢入炉P负荷及生铁w[P]控制分析

摘要 文章对包钢各高炉目前入炉P负荷及不同炉料所占比重进行了统计计算分析,并根据炼钢对铁水w[P]的要求提出了具体的控制措施,结果表明,包钢目前原燃料条件下,烧结矿和焦炭带入P占入炉P负荷的80%左右,需合理控制烧结中高P铁料和焦炭配煤中高P煤种的配加比例,从而达到有效控制生铁w[P]的目的。 In the paper, it is introduced the statistical calculation and analysis for P load into all blast furnaces and pro- portions of different furnace burden of Baotou Steel at present as well as proposed specific control measures based on the re- quirements for w [ P] in molten iron for steelmaking. The results show that the proportion of P dragged - in by sinter and coke is about 80% of P load into blast furnaces with present conditions for crude fuel of Baotou Steel, so the proportions of high P iron charge in sintering and high P coal in coal blending with coke need be controlled reasonably to control w [ P] in pig iron effectively.
