摘要
为满足汽车工业发展的要求,填补包钢在冷轧深冲汽车钢生产方面的空白,文章根据包钢现有的冷轧机组主体设备,对SEDDQ级IF钢进行了生产工艺研究,确定了超深冲IF钢的冷轧生产工艺,对于批量生产IF钢具有重要的意义。
In the paper,it is introduced the study on production technology for SEDDQ grade IF steel and determined its cold rolling production technology based on the existing main equipment for cold rolling mill unit of Baotou Steel to meet requirements for developing automobile industry and fill in some gaps in producing cold rolled deep drawing automobile steel for Baotou Steel,which are with important significances for batch productions of IF steel.
