摘要
文章提出了化学法萃取富集-钼蓝分光光度法测定混合碳酸轻稀土和氯化稀土料液中的微量磷。主要讨论了波长选择、加料回收试验、精密度统计试验、以及结果对照试验。富集-钼蓝分光光度法稳定,易于掌握,干扰元素少,由于磷的富集,可提高灵敏度三倍以上,测定范围为0.0002%~0.0500%,相对标准偏差2.3%~13.2%之间。能够满足生产流程控制和产品检测的要求。
In the paper, it is proposed a combined method of extraction and enrichment -molybdenum blue spectropho- tometry for determining phosphorus with mieroscale in mixed light rare earth carbonate and rare earth chloride feed liquid as well as mainly discussed wavelength choice, experiment of recycling charge, statistical test of precision and check test of re- sults. This method is stab/e, easy to be mastered and with few interference elements. Due to the enrichment of phosphorus, the sensitivity could be improved by over three times, measurement range is 0. 000 2% - 0. 050 0% and relative standard deviation is 2.3% - 13.2% , which could meet requirements for production process control and product testing.
