摘要
地方院校岗位绩效工资制度改革是深化事业单位综合改革的重要内容,也是提升地方院校发展质量的重要保证,尽管改革已经启动多年,但从各地方院校改革实践来看,仍然存在诸多问题亟待解决。在查找问题根源的基础上,坚持民主集中制、以人为本、系统化和效率优先等原则,从思想动员、完善方案和严抓落实等环节有效推动地方院校岗位绩效工资制度改革的顺利进行。
The reform of the post performance salary mechanism for local colleges and universities is an important content of the deepening comprehensive reform of the institutional organization, and it is an important guarantee of promoting the development of quality of the local colleges and universities.Although the reform has been launched for many years, there are still many matters to be solved on the basis of reform practice of local colleges and universities. To promote effectively the reform of the post performance salary mechanism of the local colleges and universities, we should take actions in ideological mobilization, plan improving and implementation strictly on the basis of finding out the root cause, complying by the principle of democratic centralism , people-oriented, systematization and efficiency privilege.
