核动力装置蝶式止回阀水力学特性的数值模拟

摘要 针对Relap5程序中蝶式止回阀水力学模型相对粗糙的问题,基于CFD软件Fluent15.0,对典型的蝶式止回阀水力学特性进行了模拟计算与研究,分析了原有Relap5程序止回阀模型的不足并构建了一个新的蝶式止回阀水力学计算模型。采用新的模型对止回阀稳态和瞬态运行特性进行了数值模拟,结果表明:该蝶式止回阀模型精度高、适用范围广。 In order to solve the problem that the hydraulic model of check valve in Relap5 is poorly de- signed, the hydraulic characteristics of typical butterfly check valve are simulated and studied based on CFD simulation on the check valve by Fluentl5.0. The defects of the simpler Relap5 model are analyzed. The new check valve model is established. The static and transient characteristics are calculated and analyzed. The new model can improve the accuracy of system calculation and is suitable for more working conditions.
