摘要 老字号是中国在21世纪文化软实力的具体体现,它们在国际上也享有盛誉,"一带一路"战略的实施将会给众多老字号企业带来新的发展良机,加强对老字号的知识产权保护能够为我国企业海外布局提供良好范例,也有利于针对"一带一路"战略实施过程中出现的问题不断进行修改完善。更重要的是它还能支撑"一带一路"核心区发展,让广大企业积极参与到创新驱动发展战略中去,这样会有助于增强我国老字号产品在国际市场上的竞争力和影响力。 The time-honored brand is the embodiment of cultural soft power of China in the twentyfirst century.They also enjoy high reputation in the world.The implementation of the"Belt and Road"strategy will bring new development opportunities to many time-honored enterprises.Strengthening intellectual property protection of time-honored brand can provide a good example for the layout of overseas Chinese enterprises.It is also conducive to constantly revise and improve over the problems in the process of implementing the"Belt and Road"strategy.More importantly,it can support the development of core area of the"Belt and Road",so as to allow the majority of enterprises to actively participate in the innovation-driven development strategy,which will help to enhance the competitiveness and influence of China’s time-honored brand products in the international market.
