摘要
高校外语教师存在比较普遍的科研倦怠现象,具体表征为科研情感衰竭,科研态度消极和科研自信缺失。科研倦怠源于高校外语教师科研意识和能力薄弱、院系学术氛围不浓、科研扶持和激励不足、外语学科建设不力等。科研倦怠的消解路径包括国家层面应加速外语学科建设;高校层面应出台扶持外语科研的优惠政策,提供有力的学术机构环境;院系层面应积极营造浓郁的学术氛围和组建科研团队;高校外语教师个体层面则应强化专业发展意识。
Research burnout is a very common phenomenon among university foreign language teachers,the specific manifestations of which include:exhaustion of research emotion;negative research attitudes and lack of research confidence.Their research burnout stems from weak research awareness and capability,lack of strong academic atmosphere in school and department,inadequate research support and incentives from universities,and slow discipline construction of foreign languages.The elimination approaches involve:the concerned national department accelerates the discipline construction;higher education institutions launch preferential policies to push forward the related research on foreign languages and create favorable organizational environment;faculty level should actively create dynamic and strong academic atmosphere and establish research teams;foreign language teachers should strengthen their awareness of professional development.
