摘要
针对目前传统的热电偶测温方法所带来的装夹困难、响应时间长、只能获得单点温度数据等不足之处,提出了一种基于热像仪的激光3D打印过程自动测温方法.对覆膜砂SLS过程的温度场进行了实测,通过对实测云图数据的分析得出了覆膜砂SLS的最佳工艺参数,并实际打印出样品,样品与CAD设计模型的相对误差小于1%.此方法可以节省试制的时间成本及材料成本,所获得的完整温度场云图信息有利于激光3D打印工艺的计算机模拟及优化.
Aiming at the deficiencies of conventional temperature measurement method for laser 3D printing,an automatic temperature measurement method is presented. The temperature fields of coated- sand selective laser sintering process were measured by this method. After analyzing the temperature cloud chart,the optimum technical parameters of coated- sand 3D printing were received,and the sample products were obtained by 3D printing. This method can be used to computer optimization for laser 3D printing.
