摘要
在二元劳动力市场格局下,次级劳动力市场中从业者的职业发展前景黯淡。本文采用赫克曼样本选择模型,在控制了样本自选择偏误后,发现在次级劳动力市场中人力资本与职业培训对从业者的工资收入具有显著的提升作用。具有较高学历、接受过职业培训、拥有中高级职业资格证书的家政从业人员,其单位工资水平更高。在家政行业内部从事不同家政服务内容者具有显著的工资差异,母婴护理与养老护理具有较高的工资优势。目前,家政从业人员对自身职业有着较高的认同感,在就业中融入了一定的个人发展。在人口老龄化的社会中,要引导家政行业发展,将其纳入老龄事业。
In the dual labor market,the prospects for the development of workers in the secondary labor market remains exceptionally bleak.By using the Heckman sample selection model andby controlling bias error of sample self-selection,this paper finds that in the secondary labor market human capital and vocational training have a marked effect on the wage income of the workers.Domestic workers with a higher degree of education,vocational training and a senior professional qualification certificate enjoy the higher level of wage income.This research also finds that the contents of domestic servicemay have a significant impact on wage difference.Maternal and child care as well as elderly care yield a big advantage.At present,domestic workers have identified themselves with their occupation and have integrated personal development with their employment.In the aging society,it is important to correctly guide the domestic industry and promote the aging business.
