摘要
为促进离校未就业高校毕业生就业,通过实证调查分析可知,公共就业服务部门、高校、就业服务人员须协同做好就业服务工作,才能取得良好成效。公共就业服务部门加强数据调研、组织建设,提高服务能力;高校创新就业服务方式、重视师资与设备建设,提升就业服务的有效性;就业服务人员通过培训、交流、自主学习等方式提高就业服务能力,加强与用人单位合作,为离校未就业高校毕业生提供培训、见习、实习帮扶。
To promote the employment of the college graduates who are not employed, the public employ- ment service departments, colleges and universities as well as the vocational guidance personnel need to col- laborate. Firstly, the public employment service departments should consolidate data researches and organi- zation construction as well as improving service ability; secondly, the colleges should innovate the way of career guidance and pay attention to the construction of the teaching staff and equipments ; thirdly, the voca- tional guidance personnel should enhance vocational service ability through training, communication and self-study; fourthly, the public employment service departments, colleges and universities as well as the vo- cational guidance personnel should establish relationships with employers as much as possible so as to help the graduates with training, novieiating and practicing.
