人口老龄化视野下我国农村养老问题治理模式探析

Discussion on the Governance Model of Supporting the Aged in the Rural Areas from the Viewpoint of Population Aging

随着我国老龄化的加快,养老问题已成为阻碍我国农村经济发展的最大瓶颈,农村居民养老一直是社会普遍关注而又悬而未决的问题。在农村养老服务体系建设的过程中,政府起着主导的作用。本文在农村人口老龄化背景下,对人口老龄化进行内涵阐释,通过对我国农村人口老龄化的综合分析,总结出我国农村人口老龄化的现状,找出我国农村养老存在的现实困境,根据我国农村老龄人口的实际情况,提出符合我国国情的治理模式建构,以期对我国农村的养老保障体系建设提供思路。

With the acceleration of aging process in China, the problem of old-age pensions has been the biggest difficulty which impedes the economic development in rural areas, the old-age pension has not been solved even though it is widely concerned. The government plays a leading role in the process of construc- ting the old-age service system. Under the aging population background, the essay makes an explanation on the connotation of aging population, concludes the current situation of aging population according to the a- nalysis of the aging population problem in rural areas in China, figures out the diificulty in supporting the aged and puts forward a suitable governance model based on the reality of the aging population in China so that it can make contributions to the construction of the old-age security system in rural areas.
