高校专职辅导员心理健康与心理弹性的相关性研究

A Study on the Relationship Between the Mental Health and Resilience of the Full-time Counselors in Universities

探寻高校专职辅导员的心理健康与心理弹性的关系可以为提升高校辅导员心理健康水平及工作能力及质量提供资料和方法。采用随机抽样的方法抽取不同地区的100名高校专职辅导员进行心理健康水平(SCL-90)、心理弹性现状(CD-RISC)以及心理健康水平与心理弹性的关系调查,所测数据采用统计软件SPSS18.00进行分析。结果显示高校专职辅导员的心理健康程度居于中等,在强迫症状、躯体化、焦虑维度显著高于全国常模(p<0.05);而高校辅导员心理弹性水平较全国常模低,尤其是坚韧性和乐观维度(p<0.05);高校专职辅导员在两个量表上呈现明显负相关。基于以上结果高校相关管理部门应通过有效手段增强高校专职辅导员心理弹性水平以此提升其心理健康水平,创造职业价值。

To explore the relationship between the mental health and resilience of the full-time counselors, corresponding intervention of mental health problem were put forward. The CD-RISC and SCL-90 were distributed to 100 full-time counselors in each group through random sampling, and the SPSS 18.00 statistical software package were used for data analysis. The results showed that full-time counselors＇ mental health were at the medium. The scores of full-time counselors are higher than that of the national norm （ P 〈 0. 05 ） on factors of force symptoms, somatization, anxiety. The scores of full-time counselors＇ resilience are lower than that of the national norm, especially tenacity and optimistic dimensions （ p 〈 0.05 ）. Full-time counselors in two scales showed obvious negative correlation. Both of the full-time counselors and the relevant departments should take effective measures to improve the full-time counselors＇ mental health, the level of resilience and the quality of Counselors＇ work.
