人际幸福感本土化的理论探究

摘要 人际幸福感是指个体在特定的组织系统中与他人进行交往互动过程中所获得一种适度的积极体验,这种体验包括情绪和认知两方面。作为积极心理学研究的重要部分,人际幸福感对于人际交往有着重要的意义,它可以预测个体在人际交往的过程中结果的满意程度。受东西文化差异的影响,西方心理学变量不能准确反映中国人的心理特征。如何使得西方心理学研究产物更好地运用到对中国人的研究中,对其进行适当的本土化转化是十分必要的。尝试从人际幸福感的概念界定、结构特征以及影响因素等方面入手,对本土化人际幸福感进行阐述,为今后中国本土化人际幸福感的量化研究提供理论支持。 Interpersonal well-being refers to a moderately positive experience obtained by an individual in the interaction with others in a particular organization system. This experience includes emotion and cognition. As an important part of positive psychology study, interpersonal well-being has significant influence on the interpersonal communication. It can effectively predict the satisfaction of individuals with the interaction result. Due to the cultural differences, the western psychology variables can not reflect Chinese psychology accurately. It is necessary to localize the western psychology variables to apply them to the study of Chinese. This article elaborates on the localization theory of human interpersonal well-being through the definition, connotation and impact factors etc. of interpersonal well-being. It provides theoretical support for the quantitative research on the localization of Chinese interpersonal well-being.
