摘要
采用湿空气?理论分析法,对表冷器除湿系统进行?分析,研究肋片几何参数、空气风速对表冷器除湿性能的影响,计算结果表明,?效率随着肋片高度以及肋片厚度的增加而降低;随着肋片间距、入口空气风速的提高而提高;组合各影响因素中最优水平找到最优结构组合,研究冷壁温度对?效率的影响,得到?效率随着冷壁温度的提高而提高,当冷壁温度为19℃时,?效率可以达到31.39%。
In this paper, the dehumidification performance of a cooling coil is discussed by the exergy theory of moist air. The influential factors such as fin height, fin thickness, fin pitch, velocity of air are analyzed. The results show that the exergy efficiency decreases with the increase of fin height and fin thickness, increases with fin pitch and velocity of air. The exergy efficiency increases with temperature of cold wall with the optimum value of exergy efficiency is 31.39%.
