摘要
主要选用人字形板式换热器为空压站热回收的换热设备,采用ε-NTU法代替平均温差法作为改造系统板式换热器选型计算方法,并结合螺杆空气压缩机的运行参数,以及实际工程中板式换热器选型的经验公式,对有油螺杆空气压缩机LS-25S-350H的进行余热回收的选型计算,为有油螺杆空压余热回收设计及选型提供依据。
This thesis mainly selected the chevron plate heat exchanger as air compressor station of heat recovery heat exchange equipment, meanwhile, adopted ε-NTU instead of the logarithmic mean temperature difference as plate heat exchanger type selection calculation method of transformation system, Combined with the modified screw air compressor running parameters, and the experience formula of the plate heat exchanger type selection in practical engineering to carry on selection calculation on the screw air compressor LS-25S-350H recycle of waste heat, which provides the basis for design and type selection of recovery of waste heat.
