赖氏“通元针法”治疗抑郁性神经症疗效分析

Lai's Tongyuan Acupuncture Therapy in Treatment of Depressive Neurosis

目的:探讨赖氏"通元针法"治疗抑郁性神经症患者的疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院38例抑郁性神经症患者,按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和试验组,各19例。2组患者均给予口服盐酸氟西汀片治疗,在常规药物治疗基础上,对照组联合普通针刺法,试验组用赖氏"通元针法"治疗,2组治疗周期均为12周。分别评估2组患者治疗前、治疗4周、8周及12周阿米尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)和患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,按HAMD减分率进行疗效评价。结果:2组患者治疗后HAMD评分均明显下降,在相同时段试验组患者分值下降程度较对照组更明显(P<0.05);治疗后SDS计分,试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:赖氏"通元针法"治疗抑郁性神经症患者可有效改善患者抑郁症状,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the effects of Lai’s Tongyuan acupuncture therapy on depressive neurosis.Methods：A total of 38 patients with depressive neurosis were randomized into the control group and treatment group. On basis of oral Fluoxetine hydrochloride, the control group was given common acupuncture method, the treatment group was given Lai’s Tongyuan acupuncture therapy. The scores of HAMD and ADR were observed after treating 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks. Results：The scores of HAMD in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, the scores of HAMD and SDS in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Lai’s Tongyuan acupuncture therapy has better effects for depressive neurosis patients in clinical efficacy.
