消渴病的中西医结合治疗及护理

Treatment and Nursing of Diabetes with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗消渴病的的临床疗效以及护理。方法:70例消渴病患者在中西医结合治疗的基础上,实施专业中医护理包括环境护理、情志护理、饮食护理、皮肤护理、运动护理、辨证护理等。结果:所有患者经过临床治疗和中医护理,治疗效果显著。临床总有效率为95.4%。病房综合满意率为100%。结论:在治疗的同时,对消渴病患者实施个体化的中医护理,可促进患者更快的恢复健康,提高治疗效果及生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetes and the nursing. Methods：A total of 70 patients with diabetes received the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine, and professional Chinese medicine nursing including environmental care, psychological care, diet care, skin care, movement nursing etc. Results：The total clinical effective rate was 95.4%. Comprehensive ward nursing satisfaction rate was 100%. Conclusion：The implementation of Chinese individualized nursing on patients with diabetes can promote recover rate,and improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life.
