摘要
直肠癌是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤,而局部复发,又称局部复发型直肠癌,是影响直肠癌治疗效果的主要原因之一,经过多年的探索与发展,手术操作技术及化疗、放疗已得到较大的完善与进步,包括全直肠系膜切除TME、新辅助化疗、联合放化疗等。
Rectal cancer is a common malignant tumor in digestive tract, and local recurrence, also known locally recurrent rectal cancer （local recurrent rectalcancer,IRRC）,is one of the main reasons affecting the effect of treatment of rectal cancer.After years of exploration and development, surgical operation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy has been greatly improved, including total mesorectal excision （TME）,neoadjuvant chemotherapy,combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
