Production practice of regular cell hearth of 300 kA electrolysis cell

规整的炉膛是铝电解槽平稳、高效生产的基础,本文针对电解槽正常生产期间出现的炉帮薄、伸腿肥大、炉底沉淀偏多的畸形炉膛,进行了研究分析,并采取了有效措施进行处理,取得了较好的效果。

Regular cell hearth is the basis of stable and efficient production of aluminum electrolysis cell.This paper analyzed and studied on the abnormalities of the electrolysis cell during normal production,including thin hearth accretion,long ledge and over precipitation at hearth bottom,etc.It also took effective countermeasures to deal with the abnormalities and achieved favorable results.
