摘要
对从钒钛磁铁矿中先提钒后炼铁、先炼铁提钒后炼钢、先炼铁炼钢后提钒(后提钒)工艺的优缺点进行分析讨论,提出顶底侧复吹转炉提钒—钒渣钙化焙烧—酸浸提钒将是主流工艺。含钒钢渣矿热炉碳热还原提钒工艺能够解决含钒钢渣综合回收利用的问题,是今后的发展方向,但要解决矿热炉还原能耗较高的问题。
The advantages and disadvantages of various processes handling vanadium-titanium magnetite are discussed in this paper,including vanadium extraction going first followed by iron-making,iron-making and vanadium extraction going first followed by steel-making,iron and steel-making going first followed by vanadium extraction.This paper also proposes that the process of vanadium extraction by top,bottom and side blowing converter—vanadium slag calcification and roasting —vanadium extraction by acid leaching will be the mainstream technology in the future.Carbon thermal reduction process that the steel slag with vanadium is reduced in submerged arc furnace can solve the comprehensive recycling problems of the steel slag with vanadium.It will be the development trend in the future.But the high energy consumption problems should be solved currently for submerged arc furnace reduction.
