摘要
从难熔性富钾岩石资源低成本提取钾是解决我国钾肥急缺的重要课题。本文依据富钾岩石成分特点,提出采用矿热电炉电热还原挥发法处理富钾岩石制备硅铝铁及钾肥新工艺,该工艺可同时实现难熔性钾资源中硅、铝、铁以及钾的综合利用。初步分析表明,该工艺具备实现我国富钾岩石综合利用的技术和经济可行性。
It is a main task to achieve the resources comprehensive utilization of domestic infusible potassium-rich rock in order to solve the shortage of potash fertilizer.According to the characteristics of potassium-rich rock compositions,this paper proposes a new process of producing ferro-silico-aluminum and potash fertilizer from potassiumrich rock by using the electrothermal reduction volatilization method in the submerged arc furnace.The new process can achieve comprehensive utilization of silicon,aluminum,iron and potassium in the infusible potassium-rich rock.Preliminary analysis shows that the new process has the technical and economic feasibility.
