山西省有色金属产业发展的现状及问题解析

Analysis on the current situation and issues of nonferrous metals industry development in Shanxi province

我国是世界有色金属生产及消费大国,10种有色金属产量连续13年世界第一。山西省作为全国有色金属原材料出口重要省份,长期以来为全国有色金属产业做出了巨大贡献。2003年以来,全行业产能呈现相对过剩,发展问题日益显现。本文在分析近年来有色金属行业生产经营状况的基础上,对产能、电价、企业规模、产品结构、政策因素等方面存在问题进行深入研究,提出应采取煤电铝一体化发展、企业间兼并重组、加快产业结构调整、进行机制体制改革等措施,促进山西省有色金属行业健康有序发展。

China is a large producer and consumer of non-ferrous metals in the world.The production of ten kinds of nonferrous metals ranks the first in the world for 13 consecutive years.As an important export province of non-ferrous metals materials,Shanxi has made great contributions to China＇s nonferrous metals industry for a long time.The production capacity of the whole industry is in a state of relative surplus and some development issues are increasingly apparent.Based on the analysis of production and management of nonferrous metals industry in recent years,this paper deeply studies the existing issues related with the production capacity,power price,enterprise scale,product structure,policy factors and so on,and suggests the integration development of coal,power and aluminum,mergers and acquisitions between enterprises,industrial structure adjustment acceleration as well as mechanism and system reform so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of Shanxi＇s nonferrous metals industry.
