摘要
针对国网抚顺供电公司220 kV中寨变66 kV消弧线圈冒烟事故进行分析,介绍了消弧线圈的工作原理和使用价值,并列举出可以引发消弧线圈事故的几种原因。详述了事故后消弧线圈返厂吊芯检查的全过程,并对比事故前后的色谱试验数据和运行报告,得出结论:此次中寨变66 kV消弧线圈冒烟事故主要是由于厂家在设计、制造过程中留下的隐患造成的。
Through the analysis of 66kV arc suppression coil smoke accident in Fushun Zhongzhai 220kV substation, this paper introduced the working principle of arc suppression coil and utilizing value, and cited several reasons causing arc suppression coil accidents. This paper also introduced in detail the whole process of hoisting core checking in Liaoning Yongtai Transformer Manufacturing Co. , Ltd after the accident. The contrast report of the chromatography test data and the operation before and after the accident verified the correctness of the accident analysis results that the accident was caused due to leave hidden trouble in the process of design and manufacture.
